How It Works
01

Conference abstract review

All abstracts submitted to the conference first undergo the conference's academic review process. Authors whose abstracts are accepted for presentation become eligible to consider the publication opportunity.

02

Full paper submission

Authors are invited to submit their full research paper within the timeline communicated by Anvaya, prepared as an original contribution in accordance with the journal's current submission and formatting requirements.

03

First-level academic review

Submitted papers undergo a first-level academic review by the conference review committee, assessing relevance, originality, structure, rigour, and overall suitability. Only papers that pass are forwarded for the publication opportunity.

04

Publication offer & fee information

Authors who pass the first-level review receive an individual email from Anvaya with eligibility confirmation, formatting instructions, the discounted fee, payment instructions, deadline, and manuscript requirements.

Step 3, in Detail

The conference review committee assesses every submitted paper against the same set of criteria before it can be forwarded for the publication opportunity.

  • Relevance to the conference theme
  • Academic quality and originality
  • Research structure and clarity
  • Methodological or theoretical rigour, where applicable
  • Quality of analysis and argument
  • Appropriate use of scholarly sources
  • Overall suitability for further consideration

Special Conference Publication Rate

As part of this collaboration, Anvaya is facilitating a discounted publication rate for eligible conference papers. The applicable fee is communicated individually to authors only after their paper passes the first-level conference review, and applies exclusively to this Special Issue. It should not be confused with the journal's regular fee structure.

Please note: the publication fee is separate from the conference registration fee and must be paid independently by the author. Registration does not include the publication fee.

No. The publication fee is separate from the conference registration fee and must be paid independently, only if your paper is offered the publication opportunity.
